"Clerks" director Kevin Smith moves from the mini-mart to the mall, where slackers Jeremy London and Jason Lee go to forget their romantic woes. But the shoppers' paradise offers little respite, as they encounter a taping of a TV show called "Truth or Date," Marvel Comics guru Stan Lee, the inimitable Jay and Silent Bob, and their ex-girlfriends. The tenth installment of this often entertaining dance series ups the babe quotiant by adding peep-hole victim and ESPN reporter Erin Andrews, former 90210 bad girl Shannen Doherty, smokin' hot Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger and ultimate pin-up Pamela Anderson.

Following advice from her therapist (Judd Nelson), a young woman (Shannen Doherty) and her husband (Michael Woods) try to spice up their flagging marriage by taking part in some kinky bondage games. Meanwhile, the woman's sister (Kristian Alfonso), a cop, is hot on the trail of a serial killer with a penchant for blindfolds and handcuffs.

Shannen apparently used a body double for some scenes, even though she does appear topless herself. If you don't see her face, chances are it's not her.

In the debut season of Charmed, one of The WB's original series, the Halliwell sisters, Prue (Shannen Doherty), Piper (Holly Marie Combs) and Pheobe (Alyssa Milano) discover they are witches with enormous and power and a destiny to save the world. There is hardly any time to learn how to use their powers, as the girls are attacked by all manner of demons and warlocks almost immediately. The sisters are aided by Prue's childhood sweetheart, Andy (Ted King), who eventually pays the price for protecting the sisters' secrets. There was an innocent quality to this show in its first season, before it got bogged down by a heavy mythology, and Doherty, who would depart after the third season, brought a gravity to the sisters that her replacement Rose McGowan never did.

Nighttime sudser set at a hotel resort on Oahu in Hawai'i, which follows the lives of the people who work at the resort. Central to the plot are old flames Jason (Kristoffer Polaha) and Nicole (Brooke Burns), who may or may not find love again when she joins the hotel staff. Other hot babes include Mickey Mouse club escapee Nikki DeLoach and 'The O.C.'s Amanda Righetti, who joined the series in the second episode. The show's competently enough done and makes good use of it's Hawaian locale, but it's also got a flavour of 'The Love Boat' to it, much like another current series set in a resort town, 'Las Vegas'.
