Roselyn Sanchez co-wrote the story and stars in this involving character study about an aspiring ballet dancer who moves from San Juan to New York City in the wake of her father's suicide. Taking a job as a stripper, Sanchez finds herself drawn to her best customer (D.B. Sweeney), a wealthy doctor recently separated from his wife, while serving as a surrogate mother to an eccentric group of friends.

This story revolves around a Vietnam vet and former New York City police officer who returns to his hometown in Puerto Rico after he's diagnosed with cancer. While it's a good movie, it's really most enjoyable for fans of Roselyn Sanchez, who is her usual stunning self.
