In this funny, physical competition, morons run around an impossible obsticle course and end up bent in impossible positions. All the while, ESPN's John Anderson and John Henson ("Talk Soup") provide snarky comentary and sexy Jill Wagner ("Blade: The Series," Mercury car commercials) looks hot and interviews the contestants on the side. This show is very funny, but it's amazing they haven't killed anyone yet.
Episode 11. Charlotte and Thorne suffer an air crash. Blade and Collins go to the crashed plane to investigate. This episode features a nice scene with Jill Wagner's open robe where once again you ALMOST see the goods. Ahh, basic cable, you're such a tease!
Season One, Episode 2. Krista (Jill Wagner) has a bad dream where she bites her mother's neck. Both Blaade and Marcus starts to hunt an ash dealer, Cain. 'Wipeout's Wagner shows some cleavage after getting out of the shower. This episode also features hot model Elisa King getting seduce by a vampire while topless. In the original version that aired on US television, Elisa was wearing a bra with her panties.
Season One, Episode 3. Marcus orders Krista (Jill Wagner) to deliver a bag to Vanessa, and Blade hunts the doctor who makes vaccine to vampires for Marvus. Two great lingerie scenes from 'Wipeout's sideline cutie Wagner make this one of the hottest episodes of this series.
Episode One. The TV movie that kicked off Spike TV's series based on the movies about Marvel's half-vampire hero was not very good. Stiff acting and muddy lighting ruined what were actually decent action sequences. The series improved from here, but it was too costly for Spike, which cancelled it after one season. There is a very good reason to check it out, though, and that is Jill Wagner, currently a reporter on ABC's hilariously violent Wipeout, then known primarily as the "Mercury Girl" for being the hot chick in the company's many ads. Jill is the hot girl next door and Blade: The Series wisely did everything it could to show off her assets. This DVD release includes nudity that did not air in the broadcast version. AKA: Blade: House of Chthon.
