Set during the 60s, a sci-fi romance writer is stuck in a rut. After leaving Singapore for Hong Kong looking for 'further opportunities', he has many dalliances with a number of women who at some stage live at the apartment block where he is living. But, while they are able to move on when the love runs dry, he continues on as is. Starring an array of beautiful Asian actresses including Ziyi Zhang, Gong Li, Maggie Cheung, Faye Wong and Carina Lau, this gorgeously shot film is pleasure to watch.
