A martial arts-trained lawyer (Jeff Wincott) is forced to fight in illicit matches after he is framed for a crime, is dismissed from his firm, and all his assets are tied up, including his clothing and furniture after he is evicted from his apartment. However, he does get to meet the sexy Christina Cox. Christina, who's no stranger to nudity, unfortunately uses a body double here.

Scant hours before her uptight mother (Wendy Crewson) and brother move in with her, Maggie (Karyn Dwyer) meets the woman of her dreams (Christina Cox). Though Mom is oblivious to her daughter's sexual orientation, it's a tough thing to hide in close quarters. Meanwhile, Maggie's transgender friend (Peter Outerbridge) falls in love with the owner of the lesbian bookstore where Maggie works. Anne Wheeler directed this sexy romp about love and lust.

This internationally produced series, airing in America on ABC, has been described as "Grey's Anatomy in Space." It's as apt description as any as it's heavy on the melodrama. An attractive group of young astronaunts, Ron Livingston (Office Space), Laura Harris (Dead Like Me), Christina Cox (Blood Ties, Stargate: Atlantis) and Florentine Lahme (Impact) are shot into space on a SIX year mission (suck that Star Trek) around the galaxy. The FX are pretty amazing for television. The show is heavy on preflight flashbacks, which provided for the type of bra and panty type skin network TV does so well.
