Jake's (Craig Wasson)voyeuristic tendencies get him into trouble when he's played for a patsy in a murder plot hatched by new friend Sam (Gregg Henry). Jake watches a beautiful woman dance and masturbate across the Hollywood Hills through a telescope, not realizing it's not the woman he thinks. Unfortunately, the plot has holes big enough to drive a truck through, but this early effort from director Brian De Palma does show some of his stylistic flurishes. It's just hard to believe that he followed up classics like Scarface and Carrie with this. Especially weak is the bland lead, Wasson, who's so boring no one cares what happens to him. At least there's some good, early nudity from Melanie Griffith,who plays porn star Holly Body. Also starring Deborah Shelton, Barbara Crampton, Brinke Stevens. Now in HD!

From Beyond (HD) I love horror movies and I especially love ones that have naked babes! Barabara Crampton is hot as hell as she puts on an S&M outfit and dangles her ass over co-star Jeffrey Combs. In this H.P. Lovecraft tale, Herbert West is a Swiss scientist who has discovered a fluid which brings living tissue back to life. After the suspicious death of his professor in Switzerland, West moves to Miskatonic University to continue his research. He involves fellow student Dan Cain and his fiancée Megan Halsey in his research by experimenting on their dead cat. Dan, fascinated by West's research, agrees to smuggle him into the hospital morgue with predictable results.
