When one has a video camera, some porn stars taking a break from hardcore, a fight choreographer and no script "movies" like Attack of the Virgin Mummies get made. And you know what? The world's that much better because of it.

No, no... it's true. Sometimes you just need to cut through the pretense, and while this movie may be packaged as "erotic horror," that's just a nod and a wink. Attack of the Virgin Mummies only has two interests - get stars Hanna Harper, Ada Mae Johnson (aka: Noname Jane) and Nikki Love totally nude and then have one of them (Nikki Love) kick a mummy's butt while totally nude. Really. That's it.

And while it's terribly shot, features a very unappealing male cast and is generally tough to sit through, there are some nice non-explicit views of ladies that are often seen doing much more explicit things for a paycheck. For those unfamiliar with the three leads, those not interested in hardcore or those just into really bad flicks, it's possible you may dig some of this movie. But for most, any sequence not featuring girls stripping or totally nude, will be an endurance test (except for the mummy fight scene, which was shockingly pretty sweet for such a low-budget affair!).

In addition to our three leading ladies, the cast is filled out by a couple more lookers, most notably newcomer Pamela Christie, a very young and stunningly hot actress/model that many will no doubt hope continues to grace the screen. Porn chick Julie Night also turns up as a stripper and Margaret Opolsal takes a bath in the most frightening-looking bathroom this side of Trainspotting before coming face to face with the titular attacker, of which there is only one. Safe to say that Attack of the Virgin Mummy was just that much better a title when pluralized.
